Best Blue Kennel reserves the right to screen customers prior to conducting business. Best Blue Kennel also reserves the right to refuse sale to any client post client screening.
PUPPY REGISTRATION
Buyer will receive registration papers for their puppy.
We here at BEST BLUE KENNEL will do our best to ship you your registration before or on the same day that we ship your puppy.
SUGGESTED CARE
Buyer agrees to maintain this puppy/dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to, inoculation, internal and external parasites, and - where indicated - heartworm preventative medication.
Buyer further agrees to provide proper exercise as indicated in order to maintain this puppy/dog in proper weight and physical shape. A proper diet consists of top-quality puppy/dog food and supplements.
The Buyer agrees to maintain preventative care of the puppy/dog in regards to hip dysplasia, such as proper nutrition, proper exercise, and preventing stress injuries (ie. not allowing the puppy/dog to jump from heights taller than itself at the shoulder, no forced exercise such as running, until at least 18 months of age.) GENERAL
We here at BEST BLUE KENNEL feel you the Buyer should completely understand that the blue coat coloring in most breeds is associated with skin problems and Best Blue Kennel cannot be held liable.
Blue coated dogs of all breeds are more prone to bacterial, viral, staph and fungal infections as well as various forms of dermatitis, allergies, demodex and color mutant alopecia. While some of these conditions are hereditary many of them are simply the result of the blue coat coloring. Therefore, we do not guarantee against any skin or coat problems that are common for the dogs with the blue coat coloring. Most of these problems are easily treatable by a veterinarian and we believe can also be helped with a healthy diet and supplements to strengthen the dog's immune system.
Not all blue coated dogs will be affected but you must be prepared to treat your dog if necessary. We will not replace a dog or make refund on a dog purchased from us that has skin or coat problems as described above.
Brachycephalic Airway Syndrome is the medical term related to various upper airway problems found in short-nosed, flat-faced dog breeds such as the Bulldog and Bulldog mix breeds. A brachycephalic (meaning to having a short, broad head) breed may experience partial obstruction of the upper airway due to physical characteristics such as narrowed nostrils, an overly long soft palate, or collapse of the voice box (also known as the larynx). Breathing difficulties may also occur because of an abnormally small windpipe (or trachea), another characteristic common to brachycephalic breeds and Best Blue Kennel cannot be held liable.
Best Blue Kennel guarantees puppy/dog to be of pet quality. Best Blue Kennel does not guarantee puppy/dog to be of breeding quality or show quality.
Hip and joint problems can be caused by or influenced by overfeeding, improper diet, failure to maintain proper weight, failure to provide sufficient exercise, over-exercising or improper exercising which would be out of our control and Best Blue Kennel cannot be held liable.
Buyer understands that Best Blue Kennel's line of XL and XXL Pitbulls is the result of crossing breeds throughout the generations in the lineage to add certain traits and increase size. We Best Blue Kennel does not cross different breeds into our line of dogs, all crosses were done in the generations prior to Best Blue Kennel's ownership of dogs. Buyer understands that he / she is not buying a traditional American Pit Bull Terrier but rather a designer breed registered under American Pit Bull Terrier or American Bully. Furthermore, all English Bulldogs and French Bulldogs owned and produced by Best Blue Kennel are pure bred and AKC registered.
Buyer is responsible for researching lineage of puppy of interest for known and documented defects and incidents of any nature that have been known or reported to occur with dogs of similar lineage. Best Blue Kennel is more than happy to answer any questions or concerns Buyer may have and will make any and all efforts to make lineage information available to the public for each of our breeding dogs thru our website www.BestBlueKennel.com.
The full purchase price must be received by BEST BLUE KENNEL by no later than purchased puppy(s) 6 weeks of age unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Best Blue Kennel will determine puppy picks after 8 weeks of age.
Buyer will be charged a boarding fee of $8.00 per day per dog for every day puppy(s) remain in the care of Best Blue Kennel after puppy is of age to transport to Buyer.
This written agreement contains all of the terms of this Puppy / Dog Deposit and Sales Agreement and acts as a waiver relinquishing Buyer's right to return puppy/dog for congenital or hereditary disorders. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances other than stated in this contract. All sales are final. Furthermore, Buyer agrees to conform to and uphold any and all terms of Best Blue Kennel's Puppy / Dog contract that contradict any and all terms of Florida Statute 828.29. Any breach of contract by Buyer will result in termination of contract and all deposits and payments made to Best Blue Kennel will be forfeited to Best Blue Kennel along with contracted puppy/dog.

HEALTH GUARANTEE
It is Buyer's right, pursuant to section 828.29, Florida Statutes, to receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with each dog purchased from Best Blue Kennel. Such certificate shall list all vaccines and deworming medications administered to the animal and shall state that the animal has been examined by a Florida-licensed veterinarian who certifies that, to the best of the veterinarian's knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary examination. In the event that Buyer purchases the animal and finds it to have been unfit for purchase as provided in section 828.29(5), Florida Statutes, the consumer must notify Best Blue Kennel within 2 business days of the veterinarian's determination that the animal was unfit. Buyer has the right to retain, return, or exchange the animal and receive reimbursement for certain related veterinary services rendered to the animal, subject to the right of Best Blue Kennel to have the animal examined by another veterinarian.
BEST BLUE KENNEL WARRANTS DOG TO BE IN GOOD HEALTH AND FREE FROM ANY LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS. DOG WILL BE CURRENT ON VACCINES AND DEWORMINGS AT TIME OF SHIPPING OR PICK UP.
BUYER AGREES TO HAVE THEIR LICENSED VETERINARIAN CHECK THE HEALTH OF THE PUPPY WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THEIR PUPPY TO VERIFY THE PUPPIES STATE OF HEALTH IN ACCORDANCE TO SECTION 828.29(5), FLORIDA STATUTES. IF PUPPY IS NOT EXAMINED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING PUPPY/DOG FURTHER PERFORMANCE UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE NULL AND VOID AND BUYER FORFEITS RIGHTS TO ACT ON SECTION 828.29(5), FLORIDA STATUTES.
ONLY IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE PUPPY HAS A LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS THAT CANNOT BE TREATED AND THE CAUSE OF WHICH IS DIRECTLY ATTRIBUTABLE TO BEST BLUE KENNEL BUYER MAY RETURN THE PUPPY WITHIN 48 HOURS AT HIS/HER OWN EXPENSE AND WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT WITH BEST BLUE KENNEL FOR THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE TO BE APPLIED TOWARD A PUPPY FROM THE SAME LITTER, A PUPPY FROM ANOTHER LITTER, AN AVAILABLE ADULT, OR A STUD SERVICE FROM BEST BLUE KENNEL. BUYER AGREES THAT BEST BLUE KENNEL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETERINARY FEES OR SHIPPING COSTS AND NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
BUYER IS OBLIGATED TO HAVE A SECOND DIAGNOSIS BY A DIFFERENT VETERINARIAN AT A DIFFERENT OFFICE LOCATION PRIOR TO RETURNING PUPPY/DOG.
A FULL WRITTEN DIAGNOSIS FROM THE BUYER'S VETERINARIANS MUST BE SUPPLIED TO BEST BLUE KENNEL UPON THE RETURN OF THE PUPPY. BEST BLUE KENNEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO HAVE ANOTHER DIAGNOSIS FROM A VETERINARIAN OF OUR CHOICE.
BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FOLLOW UP SHOTS AND DEWORMINGS. BEST BLUE KENNEL WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ISSUES THAT ARISE DUE TO LACK OF VACCINATIONS AND DEWORMINGS. Buyer Initial Here: _____________
RETURNS
Buyer shall within 5 business days of first veterinarian exam send to Best Blue Kennel by certified mail, a written Veterinarian's certificate stating that the puppy/dog was ill when examined, along with a second written certificate by a different Veterinarian in a different office, stating the same. Upon the receipt by Best Blue Kennel of said certificates, Buyer shall be obligated to return the puppy/dog, Best Blue Kennel shall be obligated to provide another puppy/dog at Best Blue Kennel's discretion. All action taken to return puppy/dog shall be done with the best interest of the puppy/dog in mind including temperature at the time of shipment, nonstop flights, etc.. Buyer shall be solely responsible for all cost and related expenses of returning puppy/dog to Best Blue Kennel. Should Buyer decide to keep puppy/dog Buyer forfeits all claims and shall be solely responsible for any and all future Veterinarian bills for puppy/dog. Upon receiving returned puppy Best Blue Kennel reserves the right to have another diagnosis from a veterinarian of our choice. Buyer Initial Here: _____________
REFUND POLICY
If Buyer's reserved pick puppy is not produced and breeding will not be repeated the Buyer may take the options of choosing another puppy from the same litter if available, transfer to a puppy from another litter, transfer the deposit to a stud service or receive a cash refund for the deposit amount. Should the Buyer change their mind or fail to pay out the balance at the agreed time (6 weeks of age) the deposit will be forfeited.
AS STATED IN HEALTH GUARANTEE, ONLY IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE PUPPY HAS A LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS THAT CANNOT BE TREATED AND THE CAUSE OF WHICH IS DIRECTLY ATTRIBUTABLE TO BEST BLUE KENNEL BUYER MAY RETURN THE PUPPY WITHIN 48 HOURS AT HIS/HER OWN EXPENSE AND WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT WITH BEST BLUE KENNEL FOR THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE TO BE APPLIED TOWARD A PUPPY FROM THE SAME LITTER, A PUPPY FROM ANOTHER LITTER, AN AVAILABLE ADULT, OR A STUD SERVICE FROM BEST BLUE KENNEL.
BUYER AGREES TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT STATING THAT BEST BLUE KENNEL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETERINARY FEES OR SHIPPING COSTS AND NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Buyer Initial Here: _____________
EAR CROPPING
Ear cropping is available on all puppies at Buyer's request for an additional $350.00. Puppy must be paid in full before the time of surgery. As with any surgical procedure there are risks involved with putting an animal under anesthesia. Buyer must understand that ear cropping is solely cosmetic and is an elective surgery. Best Blue Kennel cannot offer any guarantees on this surgery and will not be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs by Buyer's choosing to have purchased puppies ears cropped. Ear crops must be done between 6-8 weeks of age. Best Blue Kennel will not provide ear crops after puppy reaches said age. Buyer Initial Here: _____________
TEMPERAMENT
Best Blue Kennel does not guarantee temperament and cannot be held liable for any incidents that occur with purchased dog. Prior to breeding all of Best Blue Kennel's dogs have demonstrated great stable temperament.
Best Blue Kennel strongly recommends that Buyer attend obedience classes with puppy/dog and provide proper socialization opportunities for puppy/dog.
This puppy/dog is sold with the understanding that it is to go to carefully selected parties and that Buyer AVOWED the puppy/dog would become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper development and maintenance of the temperament for which the animal was bred.)
Furthermore, Buyer agrees to not begin any bite/protection training until purchased puppy reaches a minimum of 18 months of age. (This is to allow the puppy/dog to reach a physical and mental maturity level which will allow this training not to damage the animal.)

NON-DISPARAGEMENT / DEFAMATION
Buyer agrees to take no action which is intended, or would reasonably be expected, to harm Best Blue Kennel or their reputation or which would reasonably be expected to lead to unwanted or unfavorable publicity to Best Blue Kennel. Buyer agrees now, and after puppy / dog contract terminates with Best Blue Kennel, not to disparage or defame Best Blue Kennel in any respect or to make any derogatory comments, whether written or oral, regarding MICHAEL HAZAN / BEST BLUE KENNEL or its current or former officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, or contracting parties, or its business or operations. Any form of defamation will be a breach of contract and Best Blue Kennel reserves the right to fine, sue, and/or pursue other legal action against Buyer. Buyer Initial Here: _____________

BEST BLUE KENNEL WILL ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS DOG/PUPPY AFTER LEAVING THE PREMISES. CHANGE OF MIND, MEDICAL EXPENSES, MORALITY, LANDLORD DISAPPROVAL, ALLERGIES, OR ANY OTHER REASONS. BEST BLUE KENNEL REPRESENTS YOUR DOG TO BE OF PET QUALITY. SIZE AND COLOR OF THE DOG IS NOT A GUARANTEE, THERE ARE MANY FACTORS THAT CAN INFLUENCE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENTS, SUCH AS DIET, EXERCISE, EIGHT GAIN, ETC.. THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY TO CARRY ON WITH ALL THE NEEDS OF THE DOG, BEST BLUE KENNEL CAN OFFER NO FURTHER GUARANTEES ONCE THE CARE OF THE DOG IS NO LONGER UNDER THE CONTROL OF BEST BLUE KENNEL. BEST BLUE KENNEL CANNOT GUARANTEE AGAINST HEALTH ISSUES THAT CAN BE TREATED WITH MEDICATION OR SURGERY. HEALTH ISSUES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: INTESTINAL PARASITES (GIARDIA, TAPEWORMS, HOOKWORMS, COCCIDIOSIS, ROUNDWORMS, OR RINGWORMS), PNEUMONIA, PARVO, EAR MITES, FLEAS, KENNEL COUGH, SKIN MITES, MANGE (SARCOPTIC, CHEYLETIELLA, OR DEMODECTIC), ALLERGIES, CHERRY EYE, HERNIATIONS (INGUINAL, DIAPHRAGMATIC, OR PERINEAL), HEART MURMUR, PATELLA LUXATION.COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SPAYING OR NEUTERING, INCLUDING UNDESCENDED TESTES. HYPOGLYCEMIA, COMPLICATIONS DUE TO THE CHARACHTERISTICS OF BRACHYCEPHALIC BREEDS, ILLNESSES THAT COULD BE CAUSED VIA STRESS, OR OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES YOU MAY BE ABLE TO CONTRACT THROUGH OTHER DOGS. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR NEW PUPPY TO THE PET STORE OR OTHER PLACES WHERE OTHER DOGS COULD INFECT THE AREA, UNTIL YOUR PUPPY HAS BEEN FULLY VACCINATED. ALSO DO NOT LET YOUR PUPPY WALK AROUND YOUR VETERINARIAN'S FLOOR. BUYER AGREES TO UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ATTACK AND/OR CRITICIZE BEST BLUE KENNEL, ANY FORM OF DEFAMATION INCLUDING SLANDER AND LIBEL WILL BE BREACH OF CONTRACT. FURTHERMORE, IF AT ANY TIME BUYER BREACHES CONTRACT THE CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED AND DEPOSITS WILL BE NULL AND VOID. RIGHT OF RECOVERY OR PLACEMENT
Should the Buyer find themselves unexpectedly in a circumstance where they are in need to re-home purchased dog, Buyer agrees that Best Blue Kennel will be contacted first and given first rights to the Puppy/Dog. If the dog is to be sold, Best Blue Kennel will be given right of first refusal. Buyer agrees that the Puppy will NOT under any circumstances be placed in a dog pound or rescue center. BUYER AGREES TO HAVE THEIR LICENSED VETERINARIAN CHECK THE HEALTH OF THE PUPPY WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THEIR PUPPY TO VERIFY THE PUPPIES STATE OF HEALTH IN ACCORDANCE TO SECTION 828.29(5), FLORIDA STATUTES. IF PUPPY IS NOT EXAMINED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING PUPPY/DOG FURTHER PERFORMANCE UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE NULL AND VOID AND BUYER FORFEITS RIGHTS TO ACT ON SECTION 828.29(5), FLORIDA STATUTES.
ONLY IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE PUPPY HAS A LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS THAT CANNOT BE TREATED AND THE CAUSE OF WHICH IS DIRECTLY ATTRIBUTABLE TO BEST BLUE KENNEL BUYER MAY RETURN THE PUPPY WITHIN 48 HOURS AT HIS/HER OWN EXPENSE AND WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT WITH BEST BLUE KENNEL FOR THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE TO BE APPLIED TOWARD A PUPPY FROM THE SAME LITTER, A PUPPY FROM ANOTHER LITTER, AN AVAILABLE ADULT, OR A STUD SERVICE FROM BEST BLUE KENNEL. BUYER AGREES THAT BEST BLUE KENNEL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETERINARY FEES OR SHIPPING COSTS AND NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
BUYER IS OBLIGATED TO HAVE A SECOND DIAGNOSIS BY A DIFFERENT VETERINARIAN AT A DIFFERENT OFFICE LOCATION PRIOR TO RETURNING PUPPY/DOG.
A FULL WRITTEN DIAGNOSIS FROM THE BUYER'S VETERINARIANS MUST BE SUPPLIED TO BEST BLUE KENNEL UPON THE RETURN OF THE PUPPY. BEST BLUE KENNEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO HAVE ANOTHER DIAGNOSIS FROM A VETERINARIAN OF OUR CHOICE.
BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FOLLOW UP SHOTS AND DEWORMINGS. BEST BLUE KENNEL WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ISSUES THAT ARISE DUE TO LACK OF VACCINATIONS AND DEWORMINGS. Buyer Initial Here: _____________
RETURNS
Buyer shall within 5 business days of first veterinarian exam send to Best Blue Kennel by certified mail, a written Veterinarian's certificate stating that the puppy/dog was ill when examined, along with a second written certificate by a different Veterinarian in a different office, stating the same. Upon the receipt by Best Blue Kennel of said certificates, Buyer shall be obligated to return the puppy/dog, Best Blue Kennel shall be obligated to provide another puppy/dog at Best Blue Kennel's discretion. All action taken to return puppy/dog shall be done with the best interest of the puppy/dog in mind including temperature at the time of shipment, nonstop flights, etc.. Buyer shall be solely responsible for all cost and related expenses of returning puppy/dog to Best Blue Kennel. Should Buyer decide to keep puppy/dog Buyer forfeits all claims and shall be solely responsible for any and all future Veterinarian bills for puppy/dog. REFUND POLICY
If Buyer's reserved pick puppy is not produced and breeding will not be repeated the Buyer may take the options of choosing another puppy from the same litter if available, transfer to a puppy from another litter, transfer the deposit to a stud service or receive a cash refund for the deposit amount. Should the Buyer change their mind or fail to pay out the balance at the agreed time (6 weeks of age) the deposit will be forfeited.

EAR CROPPING
Ear cropping is available on all puppies at Buyer's request for an additional $350.00. Puppy must be paid in full before the time of surgery. As with any surgical procedure there are risks involved with putting an animal under anesthesia. Buyer must understand that ear cropping is solely cosmetic and is an elective surgery. Best Blue Kennel cannot offer any guarantees on this surgery and will not be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs by Buyer's choosing to have purchased puppies ears cropped. Ear crops must be done between 6-8 weeks of age. Best Blue Kennel will not provide ear crops after puppy reaches said age. Buyer Initial Here: _____________
TEMPERAMENT
Best Blue Kennel does not guarantee temperament and cannot be held liable for any incidents that occur with purchased dog. Prior to breeding all of Best Blue Kennel's dogs have demonstrated great stable temperament.
Best Blue Kennel strongly recommends that Buyer attend obedience classes with puppy/dog and provide proper socialization opportunities for puppy/dog.
This puppy/dog is sold with the understanding that it is to go to carefully selected parties and that Buyer AVOWED the puppy/dog would become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper development and maintenance of the temperament for which the animal was bred.)
Furthermore, Buyer agrees to not begin any bite/protection training until purchased puppy reaches a minimum of 18 months of age. (This is to allow the puppy/dog to reach a physical and mental maturity level which will allow this training not to damage the animal.)

NON-DISPARAGEMENT / DEFAMATION
Buyer agrees to take no action which is intended, or would reasonably be expected, to harm Best Blue Kennel or their reputation or which would reasonably be expected to lead to unwanted or unfavorable publicity to Best Blue Kennel. Buyer agrees now, and after puppy / dog contract terminates with Best Blue Kennel, not to disparage or defame Best Blue Kennel in any respect or to make any derogatory comments, whether written or oral, regarding MICHAEL HAZAN / BEST BLUE KENNEL or its current or former officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, or contracting parties, or its business or operations. Any form of defamation will be a breach of contract and Best Blue Kennel reserves the right to fine, sue, and/or pursue other legal action against Buyer. Buyer Initial Here: _____________

BEST BLUE KENNEL WILL ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS DOG/PUPPY AFTER LEAVING THE PREMISES. CHANGE OF MIND, MEDICAL EXPENSES, MORALITY, LANDLORD DISAPPROVAL, ALLERGIES, OR ANY OTHER REASONS. BEST BLUE KENNEL REPRESENTS YOUR DOG TO BE OF PET QUALITY. SIZE AND COLOR OF THE DOG IS NOT A GUARANTEE, THERE ARE MANY FACTORS THAT CAN INFLUENCE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENTS, SUCH AS DIET, EXERCISE, EIGHT GAIN, ETC.. THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY TO CARRY ON WITH ALL THE NEEDS OF THE DOG, BEST BLUE KENNEL CAN OFFER NO FURTHER GUARANTEES ONCE THE CARE OF THE DOG IS NO LONGER UNDER THE CONTROL OF BEST BLUE KENNEL. BEST BLUE KENNEL CANNOT GUARANTEE AGAINST HEALTH ISSUES THAT CAN BE TREATED WITH MEDICATION OR SURGERY. HEALTH ISSUES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: INTESTINAL PARASITES (GIARDIA, TAPEWORMS, HOOKWORMS, COCCIDIOSIS, ROUNDWORMS, OR RINGWORMS), PNEUMONIA, PARVO, EAR MITES, FLEAS, KENNEL COUGH, SKIN MITES, MANGE (SARCOPTIC, CHEYLETIELLA, OR DEMODECTIC), ALLERGIES, CHERRY EYE, HERNIATIONS (INGUINAL, DIAPHRAGMATIC, OR PERINEAL), HEART MURMUR, PATELLA LUXATION.COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SPAYING OR NEUTERING, INCLUDING UNDESCENDED TESTES. HYPOGLYCEMIA, COMPLICATIONS DUE TO THE CHARACHTERISTICS OF BRACHYCEPHALIC BREEDS, ILLNESSES THAT COULD BE CAUSED VIA STRESS, OR OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES YOU MAY BE ABLE TO CONTRACT THROUGH OTHER DOGS. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR NEW PUPPY TO THE PET STORE OR OTHER PLACES WHERE OTHER DOGS COULD INFECT THE AREA, UNTIL YOUR PUPPY HAS BEEN FULLY VACCINATED. ALSO DO NOT LET YOUR PUPPY WALK AROUND YOUR VETERINARIAN'S FLOOR. BUYER AGREES TO UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ATTACK AND/OR CRITICIZE BEST BLUE KENNEL, ANY FORM OF DEFAMATION INCLUDING SLANDER AND LIBEL WILL BE BREACH OF CONTRACT. FURTHERMORE, IF AT ANY TIME BUYER BREACHES CONTRACT THE CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED AND DEPOSITS WILL BE NULL AND VOID. BEST BLUE KENNEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR OUTSTANDING BALANCES AND PURSUE OTHER LEGAL ACTION AS DEEMED NECESSARY. Buyer Initial Here: _____________
RIGHT OF RECOVERY OR PLACEMENT
Should the Buyer find themselves unexpectedly in a circumstance where they are in need to re-home purchased dog, Buyer agrees that Best Blue Kennel will be contacted first and given first rights to the Puppy/Dog. If the dog is to be sold, Best Blue Kennel will be given right of first refusal. Buyer agrees that the Puppy will NOT under any circumstances be placed in a dog pound or rescue center.
